Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2018/1727

Article 1

In ArticleΒ 80 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1727, paragraphΒ 9 is replaced by the following: β€˜9.Β Β Β Eurojust may continue to use the case management system composed of temporary work files and an index until 1Β December 2027, unless the new case management system is already in place, and the migration of the data from the case management system composed of temporary work files and an index, and the verification of the accuracy of those data, have been completed before that date.’.

Entry into force

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
