Council Regulation (EU) 2025/2397 of 24 November 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 2016/1686 imposing additional restrictive measures directed against ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaeda and natural and legal persons, entities or bodies associated with them

Article 1

In Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1686, the following paragraph is added:

‘5.   The measures referred to in Article 2(1) and (2), insofar as they apply to the “Allied Democratic Forces”, shall be suspended for as long as the measures laid down in Article 2(1) and (2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005  ( *1 ) apply to that entity.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
