Article 1

The reference standards referred to in Article 45(2) of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply from 6 January 2027.

ANNEX

List of reference standards for qualified certificates for website authentication

1.

For qualified certificates for website authentication that are issued for use in transport layer security authentication outside the context of a web-browser:

—

ETSI EN 319 411-2 V2.6.1 (2025-06); these certificates shall be issued in accordance with the QNCP-w-gen certificate policy, with the QEVCP-w certificate policy, or with QNCP-w certificate policy, as specified in that standard; or

—

ETSI TS 119 495 V1.7.1 (2024-07).

For other qualified certificates for website authentication than those referred to in point 1, including within the context of a web-browser:

ETSI TS 119 411-5 V2.1.1 (2025-02).
