The undertaking offered by the company listed below together with its related importer SEAT S.A. in connection with the anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of new battery electric vehicles designed for the transport of persons originating in the People’s Republic of China, is hereby accepted. Country Company TARIC additional code People’s Republic of China Produced and sold by Volkswagen (Anhui) Automotive Co., Ltd to SEAT S.A., acting as importer in the European Union. 89FZ
