Article 2
Treated articles treated with or intentionally incorporating etofenprox for use in biocidal products of product-types 8 and 18 shall no longer be placed on the market as from 11 September 2026.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
