Article 1

Mr Philippe HECK is appointed member of the Management Board of the European Foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions in place of Mr Tom OSWALD for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 31Β March 2027.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
