Article 1

The Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation establishing a framework for the participation of the Swiss Confederation in European Union crisis management operations is hereby approved on behalf of the Union  ( 1 ) . Its signing, expressing the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement, is hereby authorised.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
