Article 1

The references to harmonised standards for personal protective equipment drafted in support of Regulation (EU) 2016/425, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Article 2

Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/941 is repealed.

However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the references to harmonised standards listed in Annex II to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
