Article 1

Ms Simone GROẞNER, representative of a regional body who is politically accountable to an elected assembly, Staatssekretärin für Bundes- und Europaangelegenheiten und Bevollmächtigte des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt beim Bund (State Secretary for Federal and European Affairs and Plenipotentiary of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt to the Federation), is hereby appointed as a member of the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2030.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
