Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/638 is amended as follows: In Article 1, point (c), is replaced by the following: ‘(c) movements of caprine and ovine animals from the entire territory of Romania to a destination located outside Romania, in another Member State or in a third country, are prohibited until 31 December 2026.’.
Annex I and Annex II to Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/638 are replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
This Decision is addressed to Romania.
