Article 1 Amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238

Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238 is amended as follows:

1.

In Article 2, point (d), is replaced by the following:

‘(d)

movements of ovine and caprine animals from the entire territory of Bulgaria to a destination located in another Member State or in a third country are prohibited until 31 December 2026’;

2.

In Article 4, the date ‘30 June 2026’ is replaced by ’31 December 2026’.

3.

The Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Bulgaria.
