Amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238

Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238 is amended as follows: 1. In Article 2, point (d), is replaced by the following: ‘(d) movements of ovine and caprine animals from the entire territory of Bulgaria to a destination located in another Member State or in a third country are prohibited until 31 December 2026’; 2. In Article 4, the date ‘30 June 2026’ is replaced by ’31 December 2026’. 3. The Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
