Article 1

The following candidate nominated by Slovenia is hereby appointed as a European Prosecutor of the EPPO for a non-renewable period of 6 years from 7 October 2026:   Tanja FRANK ELER

Article 2

The following candidate nominated by Germany is hereby appointed as a European Prosecutor of the EPPO for a non-renewable period of 6 years from 1 November 2026:   Christopher WENZL

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
