Annexes XIV and XV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annexes XIV and XV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 are amended as follows: (1) in Annex XIV, Part 1, Section B is amended as follows: (a) the entry for Argentina is replaced by the following: ‘ AR Argentina AR-0 POU, RAT, GBM P1 23.2.2026’ (b) the entry for Bosnia and Herzegovina is replaced by the following: ‘ BA Bosnia and Herzegovina BA-0 POU P1 25.2.2026’ (2) in Annex XV, Part 1, Section A is amended as follows: (a) the entry for Argentina is replaced by the following: ‘ AR Argentina AR-0 C C C C C C C D D D MPST AR-1 C C C C C C C D D D MPST AR-2 A A C A A C C D D D MPNT (**) MPST ’ (b) the entry for Bosnia and Herzegovina is replaced by the following: ‘ BA Bosnia and Herzegovina BA-0 Not authorised Not authorised Not authorised Not authorised Not authorised Not authorised Not authorised D Not authorised Not authorised MPST ’
