Article 2(1) of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2021/1266 and (EU) 2021/1267 are amended as follows: ‘DSM Nutritional Products Canada Inc., Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada C114’ is removed.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
