Article 1

1.   Article 1(2) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/558 is amended as follows:

2.   The TARIC additional code C 732 previously attributed to Liaoning Dantan Technology Group Co., Ltd. shall not apply.

3.   Any imports of products manufactured by Liaoning Dantan New Materials Co., Ltd. shall be subject to the duty applicable to other cooperating companies listed in the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/558.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
