The Commission approves the inclusion of Port Victoria in Mahé, located in the territory of the Republic of Seychelles, in the list of ports approved by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/897 for catches set out in Article 14(4), point (a), of the Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 that are landed or transhipped unsorted.
The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/897 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
ANNEX
In the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/897, the following entry is added to the list of approved ports pursuant to Chapter II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1474:
‘Port Victoria
Seychelles
Third country
France’
