Article 28

This Regulation may, on a proposal from the Court, be revised and supplemented at any time after the Committee has commenced its duties. The Chairman of the Committee may transmit to the Court suggestions for amending or supplementing the rules of procedure contained in this Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 3 December 1963. For the Council The President J.M.A.H. LUNS
