Council Directive 71/140/EEC of 22 March 1971 amending the… Article 3
Article 3
The following shall be substituted for Article 5:
"Each Member State shall compile a catalogue of the vine varieties officially accepted for certification and for checking as standard material in its territory. The catalogue may be consulted by any person. It shall specify the principal morphological and physiological characters by which the varieties can be distinguished one from another. In the case of varieties already accepted on 31 December 1971, reference may be made to the description given in official ampelographic publications."
