Article 8

Conclusion of conventions between Member States 1. Two or more Member States may, as need arises, conclude conventions with each other based on the principles and in the spirit of this Regulation. 2. Each Member State shall notify, in accordance with Article 96 (1), any convention concluded with another Member State pursuant to paragraph 1.
