Article 8
The Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply: (a) by 1 July 1972 at the latest, with the provisions of Article 6, excepting points 13 and 18, and with those of Article 7;
(b) by 1 July 1973 at the latest, with the other provisions of this Directive.
