Article 2

1. The following second subparagraph shall be added to Article 7 (1): "An official may apply for a transfer within his institution." 2. The following shall be substituted for the second subparagraph of Article 7 (2): "The duration of a temporary posting shall not exceed one year, except where, directly or indirectly, the posting is to replace an official who is seconded to another post in the interests of the service, called up for military service or absent on protracted sick leave."
