Article 67

1. The following shall be substituted for the second subparagraph of Article 21 (1) of Annex VIII: "It shall not be less than the minimum subsistence figure, subject to the provisions of Article 22." 2. The following new subparagraph shall be added to Article 21 (2) of Annex VIII: "Orphans shall be entitled to education allowance in accordance with Article 3 of Annex VII."
