Article 86
An official who, pursuant to Article 101 of the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Coal and Steel Community, after 1 January 1962 kept his contribution to the pension scheme at 7 75 % of his salary before deductions shall be entitled at the time of entry into force of this Regulation to refund of one fifth of the sums deducted from his basic salary since 1 January 1962 as his contribution to his pension, adjusted by the successive Community cost of living indexes, plus compound interest at the rate of 3 75 % per annum.
