Article 35

The following shall be substituted for Article 1 of Protocol No 1 annexed to the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties : ' Article 1 The following shall be substituted for Article 3 of the Protocol on the Statute of the Bank : " Article 3 In accordance with Article 129 of this Treaty, the following shall be members of the Bank : - the Kingdom of Belgium ; - the Kingdom of Denmark ; - the Federal Republic of Germany ; - the French Republic ; - Ireland ; - the Italian Republic ; - the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ; - the Kingdom of the Netherlands ; - the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. " '
