Article 42

1. The following shall be substituted for the title of Protocol No 6 annexed to the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties : ' Protocol No 6 on certain quantitative restrictions relating to Ireland ' 2. The provisions of Part II of Protocol No 6 annexed to the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties have lapsed.
