Council Directive 75/444/EEC of 26 June 1975 amending… Article 6

Article 6

Member States shall, by the undermentioned dates at the latest, put into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with the provisions of this Directive: - 1 July 1975 in the case of Article 2 (10) and Article 5 (2), - 1 July 1980 in the case of Article 2 (6) as regards Article 10a (1) (b), - 1 July 1977 in the case of the other provisions of this Directive.
