Article 5

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply: (1)OJ No L 225, 12.10.1970, p. 7. - with Articles 1 and 2 with effect from 1 January 1980, - with Articles 3 (9) and 4 with effect from 1 July 1977, - with the other provisions of this Directive on 1 July 1982.
