Article 4

1. The outline plan and the results of its review shall be forwarded to the Commission by the Italian Republic. 2. At the request of the Commission, the Italian Republic shall supply further details in connection with those required under Article 3. 3. The Commission shall decide whether to approve the outline plan in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 14, after consulting the Fund Committee on the financial aspects.
