Article 7

Derogations Upon request by a participant, the Committee shall have the authority to grant derogations from the provisions of Article 3 (1) to (5) of this Protocol in order to remedy difficulties which observance of minimum prices could cause certain participants. The Committee shall pronounce on such a request within three months from the date of the request.
