Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 42nd day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. (1) OJ No L 14, 21.1.1969, p. 1. (2) OJ No L 172, 22.7.1968, p. 1. (3) OJ No L 90, 4.4.1981, p. 8. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 15 June 1981.
