Article 10

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. (1) OJ No L 166, 23.6.1978, p. 9. (2) OJ No L 204, 28.7.1978, p. 1. (3) OJ No L 38, 14.2.1979, p. 1. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Luxembourg, 30 June 1981.
