In the second indent of Article 2 (1) of Directive 78/386/EEC, 'on 1 January 1982' is hereby replaced by 'on a date to be determined at a later stage'. Article 6 In the first indent of Article 2 (1) of Directive 78/388/EEC, 'on 1 January 1982' is hereby replaced by 'on a date to be determined at a later stage'.
