Article 3
The Vereniging van Importeurs van en Groothandelaren in Land- en Tuinbouwmachines 'Vimpoltu' shall cease forthwith to apply the decision referred to in Article 1 and shall refrain from taking any action in the future with the same object or effect as that decision. Article 4
The Vereniging van Importeurs van en Groothandelaren in Land- en Tuinbouwmachines 'Vimpoltu' shall inform its members of this Decision within one month of itself being notified of it and shall inform the Commission of the manner in which this has been done.
