Article 2

1. A fine of 5 000 (five thousand) ECU, that is Bfrs 229 502, is hereby imposed on IPTC Belgium. 2. The fine shall be paid to Banque Bruxelles-Lambert - Agence Européenne - account No 310-0231000-32 in the name of the Commission of the European Communities, within three months of the date of notification of this Decision.
