Council Directive 83/127/EEC of 28 March 1983 amending… Article 1

Article 1

In Article 3 of Directive 68/297/EEC, paragraph 1 shall be replaced by the following: '1. With effect from 1 July 1984 at the latest, Member States shall admit duty-free a quantity of 200 litres of motor fuel.'
