Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1852/85 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. However, for the 1985/86 marketing year the information referred to in Article 1 (1) and (2) must be received for all the above products at the latest 10 days after the publication of this Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 2 July 1985.
