Article 4
1. Pensions for which entitlement has accrued by 1 July 1983 shall be calculated from that date for officials and temporary staff, other than temporary staff covered by Article 2 (d) of the conditions of employment, by reference to the table of basic monthly salaries laid down in Article 66 of the Staff Regulations, as amended by Article 1 (a) of this Regulation. 2. Pensions for which entitlement has accrued by 1 July 1983 shall be calculated from that date for temporary staff covered by Article 2 (d) of the conditions of employment by reference to the table of basic monthly salaries laid down in Article 20 of the conditions of employment, as amended by Article 2 (a) of this Regulation.
