Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3531/85 Article 1

Article 1

The technical and control measures hereinafter laid down shall apply in the waters falling under the sovereignty or jurisdiction of the Member States except Spain and Portugal and covered by the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) to vessels flying the flag of Spain and registered and/or recorded at a port located on territory covered by the common fisheries policy.
