Article 27

Remuneration of Directors Apart form the special remuneration provided for in Article 23, the Directors may receive by way of attendance fees an allowance, the amount of which, as determined by the general meeting, shall remain unchanged until otherwise resolved by that meeting and shall be apportioned by the Board among its members as it thinks fit.
