Article 1

Annex E.5 to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures, concerning temporary admission subject to re-exportation in the same state, is hereby accepted on behalf of the Community, subject to a reservation of a general nature and reservations with regard to standards 14 and 23 and recommended practices 33, 37 and 38. The text of the said Annex, together with the reservations, is attached to this Decision.
