Article 26

A new Article is hereby added to Annex IV to the Conditions of Employment: 'Article 4a The provisions of Article 66a of the Staff Regulations of the European Communities applying a special temporary levy to net salaries, pensions and termination-of-service allowances, shall apply by analogy to the staff of the Foundation, the Director and the Deputy-Director.'
