Article 4

The following Article is hereby inserted in the Conditions of Employment: 'Article 5a The ability, efficiency and conduct in the service of each staff member shall be the subject of a periodical report made at least once every two years as provided for by the director in agreement with the Commission of the European Communities after consulting the Staff Committee of the Foundation.'
