Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3988/87 Article 2

Article 2

Article 1 (1) (b) to Commission Regulation (EEC) N° 2182/77 of 30 September 1977 laying down detailed rules for the sale of frozen beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community and amending Regulation (EEC) N° 1687/76 (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) N° 1809/87 (2), is hereby replaced by the following: '(b) other products as defined in Article 2 (6) of the same Regulation, or products falling within subheading 0210 20 90 of the combined nomenclature.'
