Article 2

1. The authorization granted in Article 1 shall expire on 5 April 1988, subject to certain tolerance which may be granted by the plant protection organization of the Member State concerned, for reasons of unforeseeable delays in arrival. 2. The authorization shall be revoked if it is established that the conditions laid down therein are not sufficient to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms or have not been complied with.
