Article 10
Member States shall adopt the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply: - with Article 3 (11) and Article 7 (9), with effect from 1 July 1982, - with Article 3 (12), with effect from 1 January 1983, - with Article 6 (5) and (6) and Article 7 (6) and (10), with effect from 1 January 1986, - with Article 2 (8), (17), (20) and (28), Article 3 (18), (31) and (37) and Article 5 (10), (19), (23) and (25) in so far as those provisions require the botanical name of a species to be indicated on the label of seed, and also with Articles 1 (8), 2 (10), 3 (20), 5 (12) and 7 (18), not later than 1 July 1992, - with the other provisions of this Directive, not later than 1 July 1990. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof.
