This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic. Done at Brussels, 31 May 1989. For the Commission Sir Leon BRITTAN Vice-President (1) Total capital contributions in 1985 in fact amount to Lit 376,4 billion; however, part of this amount, i.e. Lit 170 billion, was awarded to Inca Investimenti (formerly the Alfa Sud holding company) to finance activities not related to car manufacturing and therefore not concerned by this Decision.
