Article 13

In Part I of the Annex of Regulation (EEC) No 569/88, 'Products to be exported in the same state as that in which they were when removed from intervention stock', the following item 48 and footnote are added: '48. Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2557/89 of 23 August 1989 on laying down detailed rules applicable to the free supply of certain cereals to Poland as provided for in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2247/89 (48).
