Commission Directive 90/207/EEC of 4 April 1990 amending… Article 2

Article 2

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive not later than 31 December 1990. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof. The provisions adopted under the first paragraph shall refer expressly to this Directive.
