Article 9

1. The intervention agency of the Member State designated for the supply shall make the cereals concerned available to the successful tenderer free of charge. 2. Removal of the goods shall be subject to the lodging of a security equal to the intervention price for the said cereals, adjusted in accordance with monthly increases applicable in the month of submission of tenders, that price being increased by 10 %.
