Article 2
The Italian authorities shall be obliged: - to take suitable control measures to ensure that the imperative conditions listed in Article 1 (2) of this Decision are complied with. A detailed annual report in this respect must be transmitted to the Commission before 30 June following the calendar year in question, - to mention the three conditions set out in Article 1 (2) above in the decision of the CIPI regarding approval of the programme contract which will be published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Reppublica Italiana, as well as the annual control procedure provided for in the first indent of this Article.
